1. The service and operator
SelectBNBs Media is a business-facing hospitality media and demand-growth service operated by Sound Thought LLC. These terms cover this website, owner onboarding, connected-account tools, and agreed campaign services. The consumer catalog at www.selectbnbs.com is separate.
2. Authorized account use
You may connect only an account and media you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for your account, business claims, inventory, rates, and compliance with Meta's terms. Tell us before enabling an overlapping comment automation so that two systems do not reply to the same interaction.
3. Review and automation controls
When comment-reply campaigns are available, each campaign is limited to the post, keyword rule, reply content, destination, account, and cap you approve. A material change requires a new review. Where a pause control is available, it prevents future eligible work but cannot retract a request already accepted by Meta or remove a message already delivered. We do not guarantee that Meta will deliver a notification, display a link preview, or make every platform feature available to every account.
4. Intellectual property and third-party platforms
Each party keeps its existing rights. Public content and campaign assets are governed by the applicable written agreement and owner approvals. Instagram, Facebook, booking platforms, and linked websites are third-party services with their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
5. No unsupported performance promise
We report only outcomes the service can actually observe. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, reach, saves, inquiries, link clicks, bookings, revenue, occupancy, and platform approval are not guaranteed.
6. Suspension, deletion, and service changes
We may pause unsafe, unauthorized, duplicate, or non-compliant activity. You may disconnect an account or request deletion as described on the data-deletion page. We may update these terms as the service changes; the current date will remain visible here.
